Job Description
The Sales Manager drives revenue growth for our Data Center portfolio. You focus on colocation services, hyperscale solutions, and managed infrastructure. In this role, you connect our organization with key leaders in the tech and finance sectors. You identify high-value leads and develop custom infrastructure solutions. Your goal is to close complex deals that secure long-term occupancy and power usage for our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Development by qualifying leads in the hyperscale and cloud service provider markets.
- Master Solution Selling by turning technical specs like PUE and redundancy into clear value for clients.
- Manage the Sales Lifecycle from the first lead and site tour to the final contract.
- Negotiate Complex Agreements including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and strict SLAs.
- Partner with Technical Teams to ensure power and latency needs match client requirements.
- Deliver Market Intelligence by tracking competitor pricing and new AI cooling trends.
- Cultivate Relationships with C-suite executives and digital infrastructure brokers.
- Forecast Revenue by maintaining a clean pipeline and reporting progress to leadership.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in Data Centers or Cloud.
- Understand Tier levels, power distribution, and hybrid cloud setups.
- History of hitting multi-million dollar sales targets.
- Deliver high-impact presentations to technical and commercial buyers.
- Balance risk and profit during complex contract talks.
- Maintain a strong network within the digital infrastructure industry.
