Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to support the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) phase of a new drug substance facility in Croatia. This is a pivotal role that involves working hands-on with DeltaV automation systems to ensure successful integration and operation of critical control systems
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the C&Q team to commission and qualify control systems across clean utilities, upstream/downstream areas, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes.
- Execute commissioning protocols, ensuring automation design supports operational needs.
- Work directly with DeltaV systems to run equipment and control modules, supporting phases and recipe execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and automation-related issues during the C&Q phase.
- Ensure smooth system integration and operational efficiency throughout the commissioning process.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems.
- Proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants.
- Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems.
