Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Automation Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Schneider Electric systems, PLC programming, and BMS (Building Management System).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Schneider Electric systems, PLCs, and BMS to optimize building operations and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation systems seamlessly into existing infrastructure.
- Program, test, and debug automation software and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for automation systems, including troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead and participate in the commissioning of new automation equipment and systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, and operational manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in automation technology and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation engineering, specifically with Schneider Electric systems, PLCs, and BMS.
- Proficiency in programming, testing, and commissioning automation systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
