Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Black Utilities Engineer to join our pharmaceutical team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in CQ execution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, along with expertise in Kneat software and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the C&Q manager and CQ programme and execution leads to provide technical oversight and guidance to the Black Utility C&Q team.
- Implement and execute the C&Q programme in accordance with the C&Q process.
- Provide leadership in the implementation and execution of C&Q activities for black utility systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of C&Q activities with project objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior members of the C&Q team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in CQ execution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Kneat software.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
