Job Description
We are looking for skilled Commissioning Engineers to join in Bangkok, Thailand, to support the commissioning of state-of-the-art data center facilities. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful testing, validation, and operational handover of critical systems within the data center industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the commissioning process for data center projects, ensuring all systems are tested, validated, and fully operational.
Work closely with the Commissioning Manager and project teams to develop and execute commissioning plans and schedules.
Conduct testing and inspection of systems such as electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS).
Ensure all commissioning activities comply with local and international standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that arise during commissioning to ensure smooth operations.
Provide detailed commissioning reports, including test results, system performance, and any discrepancies or issues.
Assist with the preparation and completion of commissioning documentation, including test certificates and as-built drawings.
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of all commissioning activities.
Support the successful handover of the data center systems to operations, ensuring that all systems meet client requirements and industry standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
At least 3 years of experience in commissioning, ideally in the data center or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of data center systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and BMS.
Hands-on experience with commissioning activities, including testing, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Familiarity with commissioning standards and local regulatory requirements.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
