Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DeltaV Automation Engineer to join our team for an exciting pharmaceutical project in France. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation engineering, with specific expertise in DeltaV systems and batch recipes. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement DeltaV automation systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Configure and maintain batch recipes to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop specifications, and deliver tailored automation solutions.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to operational staff on the use and maintenance of DeltaV systems.
  • Document all aspects of the automation process, including design specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with batch recipe management and configuration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on DeltaV systems.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
