Job Description
The Design Manager (Electrical) oversees electrical design delivery for mission-critical data center projects, ensuring reliability, resilience, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design (HV/LV, UPS, generators, power distribution)
- Coordinate design interfaces across disciplines
- Review consultant designs and technical documentation
- Support construction and commissioning activities
- Manage design risks and technical challenges
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years’ experience in electrical design for data centers or critical infrastructure
- Strong understanding of power systems and redundancy strategies
- Experience leading consultant teams
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
