Job Description
You’ll be the central point of contact for all instrument calibration activities within pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, acting as the bridge between vendors, project teams, and the internal E&I team. This involves coordinating and overseeing the calibration of various Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) equipment to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule E&I instrument calibration activities.
- Oversee calibration execution, ensuring adherence to procedures and GMP.
- Maintain accurate instrument information in relevant systems (COMOS, SAP-PM, CMX).
- Provide technical E&I support and troubleshooting during commissioning and qualification.
- Participate in investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions related to E&I.
- Ensure proper documentation of E&I calibration activities and generate reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.
- Comply with GMP, HSE, and company policies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 5-8 years of experience in an engineering environment, preferably within a cGMP or pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong understanding of E&I instruments and calibration principles.
- Solid knowledge of GMP, HSE, and relevant industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with start-up or pre-commissioning activities is a plus.
