Job Description
We are seeking experienced ELV Engineers to join our team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the design, installation, and commissioning of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems within data center projects, focusing on critical infrastructure and advanced technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and commission ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, public address, fire alarm, and data networking systems for data centers.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems into overall data center designs.
Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and design specifications.
Prepare and review ELV system specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality installation of ELV systems.
Perform testing and commissioning of ELV systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with client requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ELV systems during installation and commissioning phases.
Provide technical support during the operational phase and ensure ELV systems are maintained and serviced as required.
Ensure all ELV work complies with local regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
Maintain detailed records of system designs, installation processes, testing results, and any modifications.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and commissioning ELV systems, ideally within data center or infrastructure projects.
Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and BMS integration.
Familiarity with local electrical codes, standards, and regulations in Singapore.
Experience working with contractors, vendors, and project teams to deliver complex systems on time.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
