Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HVAC Junior Engineer to join our team, supporting the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer with a foundational knowledge of HVAC principles and a desire to grow in the industry. The Junior Engineer will work closely with senior engineers and technicians to ensure efficient and reliable HVAC operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and layout of HVAC systems for new projects
- Support the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and support troubleshooting activities
- Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and schematics
- Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during all activities
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop technical skills
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of HVAC principles, systems, and components
- Familiarity with HVAC design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from senior engineers
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
