We are seeking a skilled HVAC Senior Technician to join our team, bringing expertise in HVAC systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, and ventilation systems
- Carry out repairs, replacements, and installations as needed, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Monitor and adjust system controls for efficient operation and energy conservation
- Document and report maintenance activities, including repair work and parts used
- Work closely with other team members to resolve complex system issues
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a safe, organized manner
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies during operations
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or equivalent in HVAC Technology or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and safety procedures
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and HVAC testing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills for clear reporting and team collaboration
- Physical ability to handle HVAC equipment and work in varying conditions
