Job Description
We’re seeking a talented IT Systems Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and optimizing IT systems for our pharmaceutical operations in Singapore. As an IT Systems Representative, you’ll be a key liaison between our IT infrastructure and operational teams, ensuring seamless integration, support, and functionality of critical systems in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage IT systems to support pharmaceutical operations, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Production, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure IT systems support operational needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Translate operational requirements into IT solutions, enhancing system capabilities and user experience.
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of IT processes and workflows.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT systems management, preferably within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and compliance standards in pharmaceutical operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT systems management.
- Experience with IT infrastructure management, network security, and data protection.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry software systems and tools (e.g., LIMS, ERP).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
