Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Validation Engineer with 0-3 years of experience to join
our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our validation activities to ensure that
manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities comply with regulatory and quality
standards, with a specific emphasis on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
The Junior Validation Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
project success
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and executing validation protocols, including
Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance
Qualification (PQ) for various equipment, facilities, and processes. - Participate in risk assessments and design reviews related to new equipment and
processes to identify and mitigate potential risks. - Support investigations of deviations, contributing to corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementations.
- Conduct performance evaluations for equipment and processes, documenting results in detailed reports.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure project timelines and budget
requirements are met. - Stay informed on GMP requirements and industry trends in validation to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in validation, with a strong understanding of GMP requirements.
- Knowledge of validation and qualification activities, specifically IQ/OQ/PQ.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
