Job Description
This role ensures the quality and compliance of laboratory equipment and processes, with a strong emphasis on temperature mapping for critical areas and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute CQV activities for laboratory equipment and systems
- Develop and execute temperature mapping studies for critical laboratory areas (e.g., stability chambers, refrigerators, freezers, warehouses).
- Analyze temperature mapping data, identify temperature excursions, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Author and review CQV documentation (protocols, reports, SOPs) in compliance with GMP.
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify CQV needs.
- Investigate deviations and participate in change control activities.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in CQV processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in laboratory CQV within a pharmaceutical/biotech environment.
- Proven expertise in conducting and analyzing temperature mapping studies.
- Strong understanding of GMP and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
