Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lease Manager, focusing on data center leasing strategies and client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our portfolio in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement leasing strategies for wholesale and hyperscale data center assets in Singapore and key APAC markets.
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with hyperscalers, OTTs, telcos, and top-tier colocation tenants.
Lead lease negotiations from Letter of Intent (LOI) through contract execution, ensuring commercial terms align with investment objectives.
Track and report on tenant demand, absorption trends, and rental benchmarks.
Work closely with asset managers, developers, brokers, and operators to drive leasing outcomes.
Provide real-time insights into market conditions, tenant needs, and competitive landscape.
Coordinate pre-leasing strategies for new developments and expansions across the region.
Support the leasing team with regular updates, pipeline tracking, and leasing forecasts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leasing within the data center, commercial real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
Proven track record of securing hyperscale and enterprise tenants.
Strong understanding of the data center industry and commercial real estate leasing dynamics.
Excellent negotiation skills, with a deep knowledge of lease structures and legal terms.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in managing relationships with high-profile clients and internal stakeholders.
