Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled MSAT Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Management Systems software within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, with expertise in project scope of manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, audit preparation and management, validation, and environment, health, safety, and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize Quality Management Systems software solutions to ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiency within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope, manufacturing operations, and quality requirements.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
  • Prepare for and manage audits conducted by regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Provide expertise in validation activities for equipment, processes, and software systems.
  • Champion environment, health, safety, and wellness initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality management systems, validation protocols, and safety procedures.
  • Train staff on the use of Quality Management Systems software and best practices for compliance and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to recommend and implement improvements as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Quality Management Systems software, with experience in project scope of manufacturing operations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and quality management systems within a regulated environment.
  • Experience in audit preparation, management, and response.
  • Solid understanding of validation principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
