Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director for a leading data center project in Johor Bahru. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead operational strategies within the data center sector and manage large-scale projects in a fast-growing region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall operations of the data center, ensuring efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the operational growth of the data center facility.
Work closely with key stakeholders to drive business development and maximize revenue generation.
Manage the day-to-day operations, including client relationships, site management, and facility management teams.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality assurance.
Build and lead a high-performance operations team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, vendors, and key clients.
Oversee operational budgets, resource allocation, and procurement to meet operational goals.
Provide leadership in the design and implementation of operational processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the data center or real estate sector.
Proven experience in managing large-scale, mission-critical facilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving performance and operational success.
Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, operations, and service delivery.
Ability to manage complex projects with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and P&L.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
