Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of cutting-edge data center facilities in Tokyo/Osaka. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead operational strategies and ensure the highest level of performance and efficiency in a rapidly evolving industry
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the data center, ensuring all systems and services are running efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of facilities, including maintenance, security, and client services.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental sustainability.
Develop and monitor operational KPIs to assess the performance of the data center.
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of operational issues to ensure minimal impact on service delivery.
Prepare and manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and procurement to meet business objectives.
Implement and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, uptime, and client satisfaction.
Oversee vendor and contractor management to ensure quality service delivery.
Required Qualifications and Skills
At least 7 years of experience in managing data center operations, with proven experience in operational leadership.
Strong technical understanding of data center systems, including power, cooling, and security.
Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation within a data center environment.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in data center operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
