Job Description
We are currently seeking a proficient Project Coordinator to join our pharmaceutical team based in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing and managing various projects within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines using MS Project software to ensure effective project management.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
- Conduct regular project meetings, facilitate discussions, and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Provide support to project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects to meet objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document and maintain project documentation and reports to ensure accurate record-keeping and accountability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, implementing best practices and lessons learned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on project management or pharmaceuticals.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in MS Project software is essential, along with strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relatedto pharmaceutical projects is advantageous.
- Availability to start immediately and work in Singapore.
