Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) processes. You will be responsible for managing and executing engineering projects, ensuring that all project goals are met within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols to ensure equipment and systems meet regulatory and performance standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, using project management tools.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project issues.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including validation protocols, test results, and reports.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure equipment and materials meet project specifications and standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, with familiarity in IQ, OQ, and PQ processes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to equipment validation.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
