Job Description
The Project Planner / Scheduler drives the strategic coordination of integrated project schedules within a pharmaceutical operational readiness environment. In this role, you manage and oversee multiple complex workstreams to ensure the seamless execution of a world-class manufacturing facility. Based onsite in Singapore, you act as the central nervous system of the project, ensuring that every department stays aligned and that critical milestones remain on track for successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Manage Integrated Schedules across diverse workstreams, including Raw Materials Readiness, SOP development, and Training programs.
- Oversee Technical Milestones by tracking the progression of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Environmental Monitoring, and the IQ/OQ/PPQ phases.
- Map Project Dependencies to identify and manage the interfaces between different workstreams, ensuring no bottlenecks disrupt execution.
- Drive Milestone Achievement by maintaining high-level visibility on operational readiness and technical project activities.
- Align Cross-Functional Teams including MSAT, CQV, QA, Operations, and Engineering to harmonize priorities and resource allocation.
- Monitor Project Health by proactively identifying risks to the timeline and implementing robust mitigation actions to keep the schedule on track.
- Report Progress to key stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and project momentum.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong pharmaceutical project planning and scheduling experience, specifically within operational readiness or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage interlinked workstreams with multiple, high-stakes dependencies.
- Hands-on experience supporting the SAT, commissioning, and qualification phases of a project.
- Expert-level command of project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project).
- Stakeholder management, translating complex schedules into actionable plans for diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2).
