Job Description
Seeking an experienced Project Planner / Scheduler to manage and oversee integrated
project schedules across multiple workstreams within a pharmaceutical operational readiness
environment. This role ensures timely execution of key project milestones and seamless
coordination between cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules across multiple
workstreams, including:- Raw materials readiness
○ Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) - Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development
- Training programs
- Environmental Monitoring
- IQ, OQ and PPQ
- Raw materials readiness
- Track dependencies and interfaces between workstreams to ensure smooth project
execution. - Drive milestone achievement across operational readiness and project activities.
- Work closely with MSAT, CQV, QA, Operations, and Engineering teams to align
schedules and manage priorities. - Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation actions to keep
schedules on track.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong pharmaceutical project planning and scheduling experience, preferably in
operational readiness or manufacturing projects. - Proven ability to manage complex, interlinked workstreams with multiple
dependencies. - Hands-on experience supporting SAT, commissioning, and qualification phases.
- Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills
