Job Description
As a Project Engineer for Pharmaceuticals projects in Denmark, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and completion of various pharmaceutical projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Research & Development (R&D), Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project team members, and serve as a subject matter expert in pharmaceutical engineering principles.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance and efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.
