Key Responsibilities
- Win new business and strategically develop key accounts for the company.
- Develop effective business relationships with senior executives, understand their decision-making processes, and conduct effective business conversations.
- Proactively sell recruitment solutions while demonstrating the benefits of retained customers, advertising selection, and complex proposals.
- Make pitches to clients and secure interviews for candidates in response to recommendations.
- Handle offer processes with confidence, negotiate packages for candidates and clients, and respond to counteroffers.
