Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated entry-level 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Amsterdam. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start your career in recruitment, providing comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and succeed in a full-cycle recruitment environment. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to match candidates with appropriate roles.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed candidate profiles and managing the interview process.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the candidate and client database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, including post-placement follow-up.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Any experience or internships in recruitment, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus but not required.
