Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Resourcer to support our recruitment consulting team based in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the recruitment process. This role involves sourcing and identifying top candidates to meet our clients’ needs, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the recruitment consulting team to understand client requirements and job specifications.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes to match job specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to determine suitability for specific roles.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment consulting team, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing techniques.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment or resourcing role, preferably within a recruitment consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices in candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and team members.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English.
