Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Resource Planner to join our team, supporting pharmaceutical projects across the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resource allocation, scheduling, and workforce planning to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and an understanding of the unique demands of the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage resource plans to meet project requirements and timelines
- Allocate and schedule personnel, equipment, and materials across multiple pharmaceutical projects
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast resource needs and adjust plans based on project progress and changes
- Monitor resource utilization and project timelines to identify potential bottlenecks and reallocate resources as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resource records, schedules, and documentation
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes by identifying gaps in project staffing and skill requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GMP) in resource planning and allocation
- Prepare regular reports on resource availability, utilization, and project status for management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts in resource allocation and scheduling
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving resource efficiency across projects
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in resource planning or project coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry
- Strong understanding of resource allocation, workforce planning, and scheduling in a project-based environment
- Proficiency in project management and resource planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Knowledge of cGMP and other regulatory requirements in pharmaceuticals
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
