Job Description

The Associate Sales Consultant accelerates the growth of our specialized consulting and recruitment portfolios across the APAC region. Operating from our regional hub in Singapore, you will undergo a training program designed to develop foundational professional skills into high-level B2B consulting expertise. You will research markets, identify talent gaps within technical sectors (Data Centers, Life Sciences, and Digital Infrastructure), and build relationships with corporate managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse industry trends and map out corporate structures across the APAC region to discover unserved business needs.
  • Initiate contact with senior corporate stakeholders, HR leaders, and technical managers via structured outreach, professional networking, and corporate platforms.
  • Source, screen, and interview specialized mid-to-senior level professionals to assess technical fit and career alignment based on objective criteria.
  • Facilitate the complete interview lifecycle, from organizing initial technical assessments to managing feedback and final package negotiations.
  • Assist in preparing commercial proposals, service agreements, and market intelligence briefs for corporate clients.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records of client interactions, candidate credentials, and active commercial pipelines within internal systems.
  • Meet structured key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on operational activity metrics and revenue generation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred; individuals looking to transition into corporate B2B sales with equivalent capability are welcome to apply.
  • Strong spoken and written English skills, with the clarity and professional communication capability required to interact effectively with corporate executives.
  • A structured work ethic and clear motivation to hit commercial milestones and operational objectives in a performance-driven environment.
  • The ability to learn complex technical sectors quickly, analyse client needs, and align them effectively with talent profiles.
  • Strong time-management habits, with the ability to balance multiple client files and candidate interviews systematically.
