Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from qualifying client roles to successful placement and final offer negotiation.
- Identify and secure new client partnerships while scaling existing accounts across the APAC region.
- Proactively headhunt and engage high-caliber candidates using LinkedIn, industry networks, and proprietary databases.
- Advise clients on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies based on current market trends.
- Cultivate trusted, repeat-business partnerships with both clients and candidates through consistent delivery.
- Stay ahead of developments in Data Centers, Pharma, and AI to act as a subject-matter expert for your clients.
