Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Solar PV Designer to join our team in Singapore. As a Solar PV Designer, you will be responsible for designing , installing and maintaining of solar photovoltaic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed solar PV system layouts, including electrical schematics and string configurations.
- Conduct on-site surveys to optimize system design based on shading, roof orientation, and structural conditions.
- Maximize system efficiency and performance while balancing cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare technical documentation, ensuring compliance with local standards and regulations.
- Work with project managers, sales teams, and installation crews to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Several years of experience in solar PV design.
- Proficiency in software like PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s solar energy regulations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
