Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Validation Engineer specializing in Cleaning Validation to support our pharmaceutical project in Singapore. This role involves ensuring that all cleaning processes meet regulatory standards and that equipment is properly validated to maintain product quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cleaning validation protocols, including Cleaning Verification (CV), Cleaning Validation (CV), and Cleaning Hold Time Studies.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify critical cleaning parameters and ensure that cleaning processes are robust, repeatable, and compliant with GMP regulations.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on cleaning validation activities and requirements.
- Review and analyze cleaning validation data to ensure that all acceptance criteria are met, and document findings in validation reports.
- Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to cleaning processes and validation activities.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of deviations related to cleaning processes, ensuring that corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) are implemented effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and best practices related to cleaning validation.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on cleaning validation protocols and practices.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations for cleaning validation activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in cleaning validation within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and cleaning validation principles.
- Proficiency in developing and executing cleaning validation protocols and reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
