Job Description
The VP Design & Engineering provides strategic leadership across all engineering disciplines, driving technical excellence and consistency across data center developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead overall engineering and design strategy
- Establish technical standards and governance
- Oversee internal teams and external consultants
- Support feasibility studies, investments, and project approvals
- Act as senior technical authority across projects
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- 15+ years’ experience in data center or mission-critical projects
- Proven leadership of large engineering teams
- Strong strategic, technical, and commercial acumen
- Executive-level communication skills
