Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned VP Investment Manager to drive investment strategies and manage key relationships in the data center sector in Singapore. This is a high-impact role with an opportunity to shape the future of our data center investments in a rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead investment strategy development for data center projects in Singapore and APAC.
Oversee and manage the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in the data center sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and strategic partners.
Lead the preparation of investment proposals, financial models, and market analyses for decision-making.
Manage due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and deal structuring.
Provide leadership in the negotiation and structuring of investment deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Monitor portfolio performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Contribute to long-term business planning and the strategic direction of data center investments.
Required Qualifications and Skills
At least 10 years of experience in investment management within the data center, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
Proven experience in leading high-value investment deals and managing large portfolios.
Strong understanding of data center economics, market trends, and investment structuring.
Expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage relationships with investors, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
