Our worst fears lie in anticipation

Filip is a Finance graduate who completed his studies in Singapore and is now based in the UAE. He partners with EPC contractors, CDMOs, client organisations, and consultancies across the GCC, helping them overcome challenges related to attracting and retaining mid-to-senior-level professionals and specialist engineers. His focus is on supporting the successful delivery of high-tech facilities, including data centres, pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, and semiconductor projects. Filip leans on his background in finance to bring strong commercial awareness and a conscientious, business-focused approach to talent acquisition and workforce planning.
